A Silver Alert has been issued for 63-year-old James G. Holmes, who was reported as missing from North Fond du Lac in Fond du Lac County.

Homes walked away from a home in North Fond du Lac Wednesday night at approximately 10 p.m., and was last seen along the 1100 block of Wisconsin Avenue, according to the alert.

Holmes is "believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment," according to the alert.

Holmes was last seen wearing red and black pajama bottoms, a long-sleeve blue shirt, and a black and green jacket, according to the alert.
