LT Apparel and Vonage will be joining Bell Works New Jersey‘s “Campus,” the Holmdel-based metroburb’s flexible leasing workplace solution, according to a Thursday announcement.

The 72,000-square foot workspace solution offers teams a way to easily return to an office environment and maintain a physical location in a one-of-a-kind workspace community. Businesses at Campus gain seamless access to breakout rooms, conferencing facilities and the host of retail and dining options on the Block at Bell Works.

“Companies today are seeking well-designed spaces that inspire and encourage their employees to collaborate and exchange ideas. At Bell Works, we find that people arrive with enthusiasm each day as they walk into a place teeming with life,” said Ralph Zucker, president of Inspired by Somerset Development, the developer behind Bell Works New Jersey. “The demand for flexible leasing solutions continues to grow as companies with both small and large footprints seek out spaces where they can expand or condense as needed without sacrificing on best-in-class design and amenities. We’re thrilled to welcome LT Apparel and Vonage, two companies that share similar values like community and connection, to our diverse lineup of tenants and know they will fit in seamlessly.”

Vonage, a global cloud communications leader helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation, will move its headquarters only a short distance away from its original roots in Holmdel to Campus, to further accommodate the changing needs of its team members.

LT Apparel Group, a New York-based children’s clothing company whose portfolio includes Adidas Kids, Carhartt Kids and French Toast, will also occupy office space at Campus. LT Apparel’s headquarters will remain in New York City.

“Holmdel has been our home for more than a decade, and we remain committed to this community,” Stephen Lasher, chief financial officer for Vonage, said. “Like many companies, in the past two years, we have moved to a hybrid working environment. The dynamic, creative and tech-focused space at Bell Works will allow us to continue to expand right here in New Jersey as we continue to work toward making Vonage a top company for great talent.”

Workspaces at Campus are fully furnished and wired, offering businesses the ability to lease both small and large footprints, depending on the needs of their teams. Campus’ interior design elements reflect a human-centric approach, applied to every environment at Bell Works, and feature unique, sustainable and biophilic elements, including: renewable selections, repurposed materials, LED and natural lighting and indoor plants.

Bell Works’ creative director & lead designer, Paola Zamudio from NPZ Style & Décor, and G3 Architects collaborated on the design for Bell Works’ Campus workspaces.

The Garibaldi Group‘s Jeff Garibaldi, president; Tara Keating, vice president; and Lindsey Florio, broker support analyst, represented Bell Works New Jersey in both transactions.
